Payment Procedures
Payment Procedures vary from company to company and could include payment by mail, phone, online, installments, EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) and/or finance agreements. Please see the Company Contact Information below for specific payment procedures by company. Also, for your convenience, payments can be made at Kerrigan, O’Malley & Bailey Insurance Agency, 8:30 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday.
Please note, if you are paying by installments, most all insurance companies charge an installment fee. If your payment is late, late fees typically will apply. Also, be advised that a notice of cancellation for non-payment of premium, or being cancelled for non-pay, is on an individual basis and does require a call in to the agency and/or insurance company.

Travelers of Massachusetts - Payments can be made by phone with a check at no charge using the phone number 1-800-222-4184 between the hours of 8:00 am and 5:00 pm. Payments can also be made online at www.premierins.com EFT is available. Auto Insurance Payments can be mailed to: Travelers of Massachusetts Remittance Center One Tower Square Hartford, CT 01683-9001. Non Auto Insurance Payments should be mailed to: The Travelers Remittance Center One Tower Square Hartford, MA 01683-9001.
Hingham Mutual – Payments can be made by phone with a check or credit card using the phone number 1-800-341-8200 between the hours of 8:00 am and 4:00 pm. You may also call the computer response system which will give you the current status and payment information 24 hrs a day, 7 days a week by calling 1-800-352-3536 and enter your policy number. Payments can also be made online at www.hinghammutual.com Payments can be mailed to Hingham Mutual 230 Beal Street Hingham, MA 02043.
Danbury Insurance Co – Payments can be made by phone with a check or credit card using the phone number 1-800-341-8200 between the hours of 8:00 am and 4:00 pm. You may also call the computer response system which will give you the current status and payment information 24 hrs a day, 7 days a week by calling 1-800-352-3536 and enter your policy number. MA Fair Plan - Payments can be made online with a check using the web site www.mpiua.com. Please note you must provide an invoice #, which can be found on your invoice. Payments can be mailed to: MPIUA Po Box 981030 Boston, MA 02298-1030, If a payment has to be overnighted mail to: Two Center Plaza Boston, MA 02108.
CNA - Payments can be made by phone with a check at no charge using the phone number 1-877-276-7507. This service is available 24 hours a day. EFT is available. Payments can be mailed to: CNA PO Box 382033 Pittsburgh, PA 15250-8033.
American Modern Insurance Group – Payments can be made by phone with a check or credit card using the phone number 1-800-543-2644 between the hours of 8:00 am and 7:00 pm. Payments can also be made online at www.amig.com. Eft is available. Payments can be mailed to American Modern Insurance Group PO Box 5323 Cincinnati, OH 45201-5323.
Vermont Mutual – Payments can be made by phone with a check at no charge using the phone number 1-800-231-7820 during the hours between 8:00 am and 5 pm. Payment can also be made online at www.vermontmutual.com Payments can be mailed to: Vermont Mutual Insurance Company PO Box 113 Brattleboro VT 05302. Overnight payments should be mailed to Vermont Mutual 89 State St Montpelier VT 05602.
